After a week of record-breaking temperatures, autumn has finally arrived. The drive in this morning was beautiful 51ºF. We’re forecasted to get high 60s for the rest of the week and throughout the 40s at night. This is perfect football weather and easily my favorite time of the year.

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors today adopted a resolution declaring a water shortage emergency and instituting mandatory water restrictions for customers of the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (LCSA) in eastern Loudoun County.
